The soy sauce is the brown liquid dressing obtained from the fermentation of the degreased soy seeds, washed, steamed, reduced to flour, combined with toast and crushed wheat, and mixed at a certain temperature with the addition of salt and the Koji mushroom that acts as a decompositor. The soy sauce has a classic tasty taste and is widely used in Japanese, Chinese and Asian cuisine in general: to season sushi, sashimi, tofu, meat and fish, for marinade, in cooking soups and soups, and also for the preparation of many other traditional sauces such as Teriyaki.

This typical Japanese Shoyu arises from the traditional typical recipe of Koikuchi type soy sauces (word that means "intense taste"), for which it is used about the same amount of soybean and wheat wheat.
