The following terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the contractual relationship between the Customer and www.Centrocasamarket.com. as identified below (hereinafter referred to as "la Centrocasamarket.com "), and together with the purchase prices published on the website and in force at the time of purchase constitute the set of provisions applicable to the contract.
SCOPE AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The online offer and sale of products constitute a distance contract governed by articles. 45 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (“Consumer Code”) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the regulation of electronic commerce.
The Customer is required to carefully read these Terms and Conditions.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of transmission of the purchase order.
They can be modified but any modifications will be in force between the parties from the moment of their publication on the Site and will have effect exclusively with reference to orders subsequent to publication.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable only to Italian territory.

All prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT. The prices and availability indicated in this catalog are intended subject to availability of stocks and are subject to variations due to market or other causes. Discounts, vouchers and promotions can never be combined. The images shown on the website are entirely indicative and may differ significantly from the product actually available. In fact, sometimes, due to changes in the packaging by the manufacturing companies, the images, which for technical reasons cannot be replaced in real time, may become obsolete.

• to purchase one or more Products on the Site, the Customer must complete an order form in electronic format and send it electronically, following the instructions that appear from time to time
• before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, the Customer will be able to identify and correct any data entry errors by following the instructions indicated from time to time on the Site and which will accompany the different phases of the purchase and accept the General Conditions of Sale;
• once the order form has been registered, an "Order Registration Confirmation" email containing a summary of the order will be sent to the Customer at the email address indicated. DELIVERY / COLLECTION TERMS
Delivery will take place within 30 days from the order date, unless a different deadline has been agreed between the parties.
The Customer acknowledges that the collection of the Product is his precise obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be "in storage". In the event of failure to collect the Product within five working days of the first delivery attempt, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order consequently canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. Once the contract is terminated, the total amount paid by the Customer will be refunded, minus the costs of unsuccessful delivery of the Product and the return costs.
The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail.
TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of loss or damage to the Products for reasons not attributable to Centrocasamarket.com is transferred to the Consumer when the latter or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, physically comes into possession of the same, unless the carrier has been chosen by the Consumer, unless the choice has been proposed by Centrocasamarket.com
COMPLAINTS
For any complaint, including any reports of Defects of Conformity referred to above, the Consumer can contact Centrocasamarket.com at the addresses indicated above.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
For any dispute originating from these Terms and Conditions or connected to them or deriving from them, the Ordinary Judicial Authority of Treviso will have exclusive jurisdiction. The applicable law is Italian law.
CONSENT FORMULA
Having acquired the above information, the user declares to consent to the processing of the data provided as described above.
Obligations borne by the Consumer
The shipping costs for returning the products received are borne by the Consumer and must be shipped within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract (the deadline is respected if the Consumer sends the goods back before the expiry of the fourteen day period).
The substantial integrity of the property is an essential condition for exercising the Right of Withdrawal. The Product must therefore be kept with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, perfectly functional and free of signs of wear or dirt.
The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within this period the Customer must communicate to Centrocasamarket.com the desire to withdraw from the contract
