Our 14 day returns policy means that after you receive an item you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be contained in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we will be able to evaluate the problem and make sure to resolve it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers or plants), customized products (for example, special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (for example, beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14 day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes relating to any professional activity carried out.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Centrocasamarket.com will notify the Customer of the incident (within 7 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
The return costs, the means and methods which the Customer can use, are the responsibility of the Customer himself who will not be compensated in any way by Centrocasamarket.com in the event that the goods are lost, damaged, stolen or misplaced.
In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract of electronic devices, the User must independently restore the factory configurations of the item (e.g. by eliminating personal accounts and/or passwords associated with their personal accounts). Otherwise the product will be damaged and Centrocasamarket.com will not proceed with the refund.
To benefit from this right of return, goods must be returned in intact and/or sealed packaging, not tampered with, whose expiry date has not exceeded and which has not been consumed, even partially. Without prejudice to the above, returns are not permitted in the case of:
b) the supply of food, drinks or other goods intended for current consumption in the family and physically supplied by a professional in frequent and regular visits to the consumer's home, residence or workplace
c) in the case of purchases of less than 50 euros (unless the overall fee that the Consumer must pay regardless of the amount of the individual contracts exceeds 50 euros);
d) in the case of a contract concerning a service after the complete provision of the service if the execution of the contract began with the express agreement of the Consumer;
e) in the case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
f) in the case of the supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
g) in the case of supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
h) in the case of the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
J) Prepaid cards and/or telephone top-ups that have been activated by the Customer;
Methods and times for exercising the right of withdrawal
The maximum time limits within which to forward requests or complaints are as follows:
- 7 Days for complaints relating to defective, missing or non-corresponding goods to the order.
- 30 days to return clothing items
- 14 days for requests relating to shipments or deliveries (e.g.: package not received, package storage, delivery problems, etc.).
- 14 Days for requests relating to payment transactions or refunds.
The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw.
The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within this period the Customer must communicate to Centrocasamarket.com the desire to withdraw from the contract
Your rights as a Customer are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005. Therefore, you can withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanations and without additional costs, provided that you communicate the withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt to MITROVO S.R.L. within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. The communication can be anticipated, within the same deadline, via e-mail to the address info@Centrocasamarket.com.com provided that it is confirmed by registered mail within the following 48 hours. In this communication you must specify your intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt. You will be refunded the full amount within 14 days of accepting the return. In any case, the outward shipping costs will remain at your expense, equal to €7.50 per package, in the event of collection by us the costs will amount to €15.00 per package.
If you decide to return the damaged product by email/registered mail, with return of the product by shipping it (as per previous indications), the refund procedure is as follows:
pursuant to article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05 Centrocasamarket.com will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Centrocasamarket.com); in any case the Customer will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
Centrocasamarket.com may withhold the refund until the product has been received intact or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back, depending on which situation occurs first.
For purchases made by paying by credit card, the refund will be made by reversing the transaction directly to the credit card.
For purchases made via PayPal payment, the refund will be made by crediting the Customer's account.
For purchases made by paying with vouchers, the Customer will have the right to have the vouchers reinstated.
